Dr Banas was very thorough. Even tho she was delayed in getting to see me, she was not rushed during her time with me. Answered all questions, and gave alternatives for medications.
Excellent. Saw audiologist and MD both were exceptionally professional and informative.. The first person introduced themselves, but didn't say whether they were an MA or a nurse or tech or whatever that was the only thing that could have been helpful
