I believe in order to achieve the best kid­ney health there needs to be a col­lab­o­ra­tive rela­tion­ship between the provider and patient. To achieve this, I am com­mit­ted to remain­ing up-to-date on the lat­est research and treat­ment options avail­able to my patients. I believe in engag­ing in open, mean­ing­ful com­mu­ni­ca­tion with my patients to under­stand their needs and goals and work along­side my patients to devel­op an indi­vid­u­al­ized treat­ment plan. I strive to con­tin­u­al­ly part­ner with my patients and pro­vide the tools and encour­age­ment they need to stay engaged and ded­i­cat­ed to their treat­ment plan.
