Jodi was incredibly flexible getting me in the same day I was diagnosed before I was due to travel. She was very kind, understanding, and explained everything very well. I also appreciate the fact that she wasn't critical or judgmental. She also got my monitor and all other supplies ordered to the pharmacy in record time and I was able to pick them up before I left to go out of town!
