I came to the clinic to be listened to by Dr. Wolf and she turned her back while I was speaking to her. She was inconsiderate to me.

There were no delays. My appointment was follow-up, and there were no problems.

I was searching for a primary care physician and came across Dr. Margo, who had some decent reviews. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that. As a new patient, I expected at least a basic level of professionalism and courtesy. There was no greeting, no warmth-just a stern face and a blunt, "What can I do for you?"After briefly asking about my symptoms, which have been ongoing for over a month and a half, she dismissed them and said there was nothing she could do. I left the office having only had my weight and blood pressure taken. For that, I paid a $30 co-pay. Frankly, I left feeling ignored, disappointed, and like my concerns weren't valid.Needless to say, I won't be returning, and I definitely won't be recommending her to anyone else-including the family member I was considering referring.

Overall my experience was fair and I'm on my way to feeling better

I really enjoyed how she was speaking as she was figuring out what she thought what was causing the rash.
