Dr Levigne did an excellent job of explaining all of my test results and future treatments.
Mikaila was very impersonal . I was concerned about my health and she dismissed my feelings and said " we are doing the best we can " and even though I was feeling overwhelmed and worried about my health and I was crying she made me feel dismissed and unimportant.
