It was my first time bringing my son to her and I really liked her and he liked her as well. She was VERY nice and I am very happy with the care she gave my son. He is young (almost 7 months) so he was trying to help with the stethoscope and laughing and smiling at her and she was playful at times and very nice. I have not had the same experience with other doctors.
Dr. Schmidt was so sympathetic to my new mom worries. She acted as if she had hours to hear out my concerns. She took time to check in on me because I was very overwhelmed. We left relieved and encouraged. Dr. Schmidt hugged me on the way out and reassured me I was only doing what was best for my child. The next day Dr. Schmidt messaged me with a more thorough explanation of one of my concerns. It just proved how this provider went above and beyond.
