Sophia was very thorough and answered all my questions.

Sophie was my caregiver and she was very pleasant to me and interested in my medical issue. She was very knowledgeable and listened to what I had to say about it. She was very attentive and open to what I had to say and didn't appear to be in a rush to be done with me so she could to go to her next patient. And that's important to someone dealing with their medical issue. No assembly line feeling of medical care with her.
