I pride myself on being relatable to my clients, creating a space where they can feel comfortable whether this is their first time in therapy, or they’re experienced. I am conversational and interactive in my sessions and want my clients leaving with an action plan. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities individualized to meet my clients’ unique set of needs and goals. I not only look at my clients and their individual thinking patterns and behaviors, but also their environment and interactions with the community-at-large, and how these may be impacting my clients’ mental health. I enjoy working with older adolescents and adults throughout their life span.

Clinical Interests

My specialty areas are working with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, complex trauma, processing family of origin issues, coping with chronic pain and chronic health conditions, and life transitions.

Personal Interests

When I’m not working I spend most of my time having adventures or playing with my dogs. I am my happiest self outdoors in the sunshine. I enjoy hiking, gardening, kayaking, or just soaking up the sights and sounds. I often take photos and videos of whatever I find beautiful so I can share it with others and re-experience it again. My indoor interests include yin yoga, meditation, and catching a good comedy show.
