Dr Vienne had so much patience for my many questions and I felt that he really took the time to understand and address my concerns kindly.
I left my apt feeling so much better and at ease because of Dr. Vienne and staff.
Dr. Vienne is so compassionate, knowledgeable and an exceptional doctor. I find it extremely difficult to get to make an appointment through Duly. I cannot call the doctor directly, I am put on hold and made to wait until I get disgusted and drive to his office to make my appointment. I'm sure Dr. Vienne has his reasons for going with Duly. But as far as the way I feel, it was a big mistake.
