"Dr. Bhakta clearly has great expertise and is very knowledgeable about the test numbers related to endocrine functions. But she comes in just talking about test results and numbers instead of helping me address the root problem and reason for my appointment. She asked me to stop taking notes and look at the explanation she was writing for me, which I didn't appreciate, as I have a career background with 10 years as a journalist, so taking notes is natural for me and essential for me to listen and understand. In the end, she is helping me determine the cause of lightheadedness I was experiencing and rule out any endocrine abnormalities. But I wish she would listen a bit first before just diving into test results."
