Dr. Warren Perry was raised with the values of humility, hard work, curiosity, and service to his community. He graduated as valedictorian from North Carolina State University before attending Yale School of Medicine, where he served as Treasurer and President of the Student National Medical Association. He subsequently completed a residency in Emergency Medicine, serving as Chief Resident while developing administrative, operational, and executive healthcare leadership skills. He further strengthened this foundation by completing a fellowship in Emergency Medicine Leadership and Administration while earning his Master of Business Administration (MBA), providing him with the expertise to improve healthcare delivery beyond the bedside through systems-based leadership, quality improvement, and organizational innovation.
Dr. Perry later served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine at Emory University School of Medicine and as an attending physician at Emory University Hospital during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. His passion for dermatology grew through caring for patients with skin disease in the emergency department, ultimately leading him to complete his dermatology residency at Cook County Health in Chicago. Today, Dr. Perry is grateful to combine his diverse clinical, leadership, academic, and business experiences to provide thoughtful, evidence-based dermatologic care while continually seeking opportunities to improve healthcare for both patients and the communities he serves.
