"This was my first telemedicine call and I was extremely impressed. I knew that Dr. Pak would be thorough, investigative, receive input, listen carefully and provide alternatives.She did not disappoint and I felt her listening skills were ever present in the dialogue even though we did not meet in person.The purpose of the call was to discuss a minor reaction to a new medication. I wanted to insure it would not escalate and would not warrant a major change.Dr Pak listened carefully, discussed options, and asked me to call or text the next day.I have been with Duly since your inception and must say your physicians are top notch. Dr. Pak is a great listener, investigator, technically sound and most concerned about her patients. She is my favorite and an inspiration . She represents Duly like no other!"
