He listened, he explained, he understood. The biggest things to take away from this. He was extremely nice, listened to all my concerns and offered options that are not just PT. He eased most of my concerns explaining everything he could with the information he had. He treated me as an adult and not as a child. 15/10 would recommend to anyone. Very good experience
