Dr. Lo is wonderful. He has a very focused and calm manner about him that puts kids (and parents) at ease. He quite thorough yet efficient with his interactions.I love that he talks to the kids directly in a way they understand, and not to the parents about the kids. It help the kids as the mature to know they are both heard and treated as equals.
