“The care of children is the greatest privilege” is a phrase that I heard on my first day of pediatrics in medical school and it continues to be a guiding force for me today. From sleepless nights to the development of young adults and everything in between, I enjoy working with children and their parents. As the mother of two children, the oldest sister of four siblings and an auntie to 14, I am surrounded by children day and night. And I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I was very impressed by the care, and terrific ideas Dr. Hovey showed my daughter. She asked great questions and came up with positive solutions. She was not rushed and spent lots of time with my daughter. 10/10

Dr. Hovey was very attentive, she listened to my daughter and asked her good questions. She reviewed her chart before she came in the office making us feel like she was vested to help us figure out why my daughter had a seizure. Both the doctor and the nurse were very concerned and we did not feel rushed or dismissed. Thank you!
We love Dr Hovey. My child who is now 17, has been a patient of Dr Hovey's since birth (we followed her from Loyola). Dr Hovey listens, is an advocate, explains treatments, meds, diagnosis's and is just a wonderful human. Highly recommend her.
