Dr. Patten is always very thorough and patiently answers all of my questions.

Dr. Patten's bedside manner is outstanding. She makes you feel like you're talking to a girl friend with the most caring demeanor.
While Dr. Patten was plenty kind, she spoke so fast that I did not feel like we were actually having a discussion about my options. She flew through her explanation of the test she was going to perform and I was not prepared for what happened. I was pretty upset with how she treated me in this appointment.
