While Dr. Patten was plenty kind, she spoke so fast that I did not feel like we were actually having a discussion about my options. She flew through her explanation of the test she was going to perform and I was not prepared for what happened. I was pretty upset with how she treated me in this appointment.
Everyone in the office was so kind, informative, and helpful. The appointment went so smoothly. We felt great leaving our first appointment knowing we're in good hands.
I absolutely love seeing all of the doctors at this practice. My most recent visit was with Dr. Patten andI was concerned about pain I was having. She took me seriously and was very empathetic to my concerns. She ended up saving my life because I had appendicitis and got my appendix removed the following day. Her help at the appointment along with consultations at the hospital from Dr. Gordon and Dr. Ariel, I felt very safe going under anesthesia and having abdominal surgery despite being 28 weeks pregnant.
