My office visit with Dr. Fetzer was not notable. Ada was wonderful though. What I disliked about Dr. Fetzer was during my actual cortisone injection. He never once acknowledged me while in the surgical room. No warned when I was about to be poked for my epidural injection. He spoke the entire time to the staff around him to the Bears moving. He also documented notes that we verbally discussed any potential risks of the procedure but that was not accurate.
Provider seemed detached and uninterested. Very little concern expressed. Had a "just the facts" demeanor.
The staff was very caring and thoughtful, and I found a doctor to be very knowledgeable and very caring very understanding and asked I had any questions and understood what we were going to do for my situation and I thought that was Great and he said if I had any questions after the visit, I could send it through my chart and get it answered. I found them very compassionate and thorough and knowledgeable.
Dr Fetzer listened carefully to my concerns and ordered the tests necessary to make a full assessment.
