DOWN­ERS GROVE, IL – In a new cen­ter spe­cial­ly designed to sup­port care for seniors, Duly Health and Care is pleased to wel­come Karl Szafran­s­ki, MD, a Board-cer­ti­fied fam­i­ly med­i­cine prac­ti­tion­er now see­ing adults with Medicare. Dr. Szafran­s­ki is tak­ing appoint­ments at the just-opened Duly and Health and Care Cen­ter, 9233 West 159^th Street, in Orland Hills.
