Pelvic health can be a sensitive subject and often greatly impacts the everyday quality of life of patients. I have been treating patients with pelvic floor/pregnancy/women’s health/men’s health related conditions for the past nine years, exclusively for the past six and a half years. My goal is to partner with each patient to develop a plan of care that is clear to them, that they are comfortable with, and that addresses their most important goals. Therapy frequently includes manual therapy techniques, home exercises and a great deal of education to help each patient reach their highest level of function.
