"Alexis, the tech who showed me to my room was wonderful. She was patient, caring and compassionate. Dr Ranay was a completely different story. She seemed confused, lacked compassion and clueless. I felt like I had to lead the entire visit. She had no plan of action or was any help. And when she swabbed me for a yeast infection, it was painful. So much so, I had a new pain (internally) using the restroom for 2 days following my visit. Very frustrating and painful. And when she filled my prescription, I had to find out from the pharmacist it wasn't safe for breastfeeding. She also never provided me a gown to change into. She stayed in the room and just told me to pull down my pants. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional."
