Duly Epic­Care Link is a secure, web-based por­tal that gives autho­rized com­mu­ni­ty providers and staff real-time access to patient infor­ma­tion with­in Duly’s Epic elec­tron­ic health record. Epic­Care Link helps stream­line refer­rals, imag­ing orders, results deliv­ery, and com­mu­ni­ca­tion between your orga­ni­za­tion and Duly providers, mak­ing it eas­i­er to coor­di­nate care and sup­port patients through­out their health­care journey.
