Duly Health and Care MyChart Two-Factor Authentication

Beginning May 31, 2025, your Duly Health and Care MyChart account will require two-factor authentication (2FA). To better protect your Duly MyChart account and health data, after logging in with your username and password, you will need to verify your identity with a one-time passcode sent to your email or via text message. This additional security feature provides extra protection for your health data, preventing others from accessing your account, even if they know your password.

2FA Frequently Asked Questions

How do I log in using two-factor authentication?

When you log in to your MyChart account, you will use your existing username and password. MyChart will then send a one-time, 6‑digit code to your preferred email address or phone number, which you will enter that code on the Verify Your Identity” page. If you accidentally close this page or wait too long, you can select Resend Code” to receive a new one-time code.

Steps to log in with 2FA:

  1. Log in to MyChart using your existing username and password. If this is your first time using Duly MyChart 2FA, you may be asked to confirm your email address or mobile phone number.
  2. Choose how you would like to receive your unique log in code — by email or text. If one of the options is not presented, you do not have that form of contact information saved in your MyChart account. You can add contact information under Personal Information after logging in to MyChart.
  3. Access your email or text message to find your one-time, 6‑digit code. Do not close the Verify Your Identity” page; if you do, you will need to select Resend Code” to receive a new code.
  4. Enter your one-time, 6‑digit code into the Enter Code” box on the Verify Your Identity” page.
  5. Select the Trust this device” checkbox to remember this device for 90 days. This will allow you to skip 2FA on this trusted device for those 90 days.
  6. Click Verify to log in.

What if I do not receive the one-time code?

We recommend selecting to receive your code via text message to get your code more quickly. Receiving your one-time code can take up to 10 – 15 minutes.

If you opted to receive your code via email, check your spam or junk folder and make sure to add mychart@duly.com is added to your contact list.
