Primary care providers, when you need them most. We offer same-day primary care seven days a week, in person Monday through Saturday and virtually on Sunday, for illness, injury follow-up, prescription refills, and annual check-ups, so a scratchy throat or a needed refill doesn't have to wait for the next open slot on the calendar. If your own provider doesn't have same-day availability, our waitlist will text you when an earlier spot opens up, often days sooner than your original appointment.
 

Choose this when: you have a Duly primary care provider (or want to establish one) and need to be seen soon, but nothing about your symptoms feels urgent enough for immediate care.

Care from wherever you are in Illinois. Video visits connect you with a Duly provider for common illnesses, follow-up care, and prescription refills, without a drive or a waiting room. It's the same primary care relationship, just from your couch, your desk, or your car in the school pickup line.
 

Choose this when: your symptoms are mild to moderate, you don't need an in-person exam, and getting back to your day matters more than getting to a clinic.

Walk-in or scheduled urgent care for illness and injury, with on-site imaging and lab services so you're not sent somewhere else to finish the visit. Our Immediate Care Centers are open seven days a week with extended hours, and select locations are open 365 days a year, staffed by board-certified emergency medicine physicians, primary care advanced practice providers, and paramedics, ready to treat everything from a bad cold to a suspected fracture. Our average wait time is under 15 minutes.
 

Choose this when: you need care today for something more urgent than a routine visit, but it isn't life-threatening.

Same-day orthopedic care from board-certified orthopedic providers for sprains, strains, sudden pain, and breaks. Instead of routing an orthopedic injury through an ER or urgent care visit and a separate specialist referral, Duly Ortho Now puts you in front of the right specialist from the start. Duly Ortho Now is available Monday through Friday.
 

Choose this when: the injury is bone, joint, or muscle-related and you want an orthopedic specialist involved from your first visit.
