Blue Cross and Blue Shield Announces Access for Adults with Medicare at Duly Health and Care Oak Park Clinic

CHICA­GO, Ill. – Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illi­nois (BCB­SIL) and Duly Health and Care announced today that they are work­ing togeth­er to bring a new senior-focused care deliv­ery expe­ri­ence to Oak Park and sur­round­ing com­mu­ni­ties at the Duly Health and Care Oak Park Clinic. 

The Clin­ic, at 1121 South Blvd. in Oak Park, Ill., offers ser­vices that help seniors under­stand their total health and achieve their well­ness goals, includ­ing phys­i­cal health and men­tal acuity.

“This col­lab­o­ra­tion builds on our long­stand­ing com­mit­ment to enhance access to qual­i­ty, cost-effec­tive, equi­table care in the com­mu­ni­ties we serve,” said Stephen Har­ris, Pres­i­dent, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illi­nois. ​“This project with Duly Health and Care means that those with Medicare Advan­tage plans from BCB­SIL can access care with a focus on mem­ber expe­ri­ence, con­ve­nience and affordability.”

The Duly Health and Care Oak Park Clin­ic is open now and avail­able to BCB­SIL Medicare plan mem­bers. This val­ue-based care arrange­ment is designed to meet the evolv­ing and diverse needs and lifestyles of mem­bers, with the goal of improv­ing out­comes and reduc­ing over­all cost of care.
