Duly Health and Care Announces Acquisition of Fox Valley Imaging

DOWN­ERS GROVE, Ill. – Duly Health and Care announced today the acqui­si­tion of Fox Val­ley Imag­ing, an inde­pen­dent diag­nos­tic imag­ing cen­ter serv­ing Naperville and sur­round­ing com­mu­ni­ties for more than 30 years.

The acqui­si­tion expands Duly’s out­pa­tient imag­ing net­work and advances its com­mit­ment to mak­ing high-qual­i­ty health­care more acces­si­ble, afford­able, and con­ve­nient for patients across Chicago’s west­ern suburbs.

Locat­ed at 1971 Gowdey Road in Naperville, Fox Val­ley Imag­ing pro­vides a com­pre­hen­sive range of diag­nos­tic imag­ing ser­vices, includ­ing MRI and MRA, CT, ultra­sound, echocar­dio­g­ra­phy, video flu­o­roscopy and X‑ray. The cen­ter has built a strong rep­u­ta­tion for advanced imag­ing tech­nol­o­gy, time­ly sched­ul­ing and per­son­al­ized patient care.

The acqui­si­tion strength­ens Duly’s grow­ing net­work of out­pa­tient imag­ing ser­vices, offer­ing patients con­ve­nient alter­na­tives to hos­pi­tal-based imag­ing at a low­er cost with­out com­pro­mis­ing qual­i­ty. Duly also plans to expand ser­vices at the Naperville loca­tion by adding mam­mog­ra­phy and DEXA imag­ing, bring­ing more pre­ven­tive and diag­nos­tic imag­ing options to the com­mu­ni­ty. As part of Duly’s physi­cian-led, mul­ti­spe­cial­ty med­ical group, Fox Val­ley Imag­ing will also sup­port greater coor­di­na­tion of diag­nos­tic ser­vices with pri­ma­ry and spe­cial­ty care, mak­ing it eas­i­er for patients to nav­i­gate their health­care needs.
