Duly Health and Care Receives “Patient Experience of Excellence” Certificate

DOWN­ERS GROVE, IL — Duly Health and Care was rec­og­nized recent­ly by the Humana Stars Patient Expe­ri­ence pro­gram for its lead­er­ship and ser­vice to the com­mu­ni­ty in 2020 –the peak of the glob­al COVID-19 pandemic.

The 2020 Patient Expe­ri­ence Award of Excel­lence rec­og­nizes indi­vid­ual provider groups con­tract­ed with Humana based on its eval­u­a­tion of patient expe­ri­ence and Star Rat­ings, a qual­i­ty rat­ing cal­cu­lat­ed by the Cen­ters for Med­ic­aid and Medicare Ser­vices (CMS). In 2021, the Account­able Care Orga­ni­za­tion (ACO) for Duly Health and Care earned a per­fect 100% — the high­est achiev­able score for quality.
