DuPage Medical Group Welcomes Chief Technology Officer

DOWN­ERS GROVE, Ill. — DuPage Med­ical Group (DMG), the largest inde­pen­dent, mul­ti-spe­cial­ty physi­cian group in the Chica­go area, is pleased to announce the addi­tion of Nick Mar­tin to its exec­u­tive lead­er­ship team as Chief Tech­nol­o­gy Offi­cer. In his role as CTO, Mar­tin will focus on devel­op­ing DMG’s IT strat­e­gy, which sup­ports the com­pa­ny’s over­all plan for lead­ing health care trans­for­ma­tion and improvement.

Mar­tin brings more than 15 years of Health­care IT expe­ri­ence to DMG. As a key leader in the orga­ni­za­tion, he con­tributes exper­tise in appli­ca­tion devel­op­ment, infra­struc­ture, ana­lyt­ics and con­sumer expe­ri­ence. In addi­tion, Mar­tin will pro­vide key guid­ance and strate­gic direc­tion across DMG’s IT and lead­er­ship teams.

Pri­or to join­ing DMG, Mar­tin held posi­tions in inno­va­tion research and devel­op­ment as well as senior-lev­el IT roles, most recent­ly serv­ing as CIO of Unit­ed­Health Group’s Optum Inter­na­tion­al health IT and ser­vices firm.
