Obstetrics and Gynecology
Dr. Jean Alexandre is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology. He earned his degree from the University of Illinois – Chicago College of Medicine and completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Saint Francis Hospital. Advanced Practice Providers
Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) are healthcare professionals who bring a unique combination of medical expertise and patient-centered care to our team. APPs are trained to perform physical exams and screenings, diagnose and treat health conditions, prescribe medications and therapies, and more.
Together, APPs and physicians work as a team, collaborating to ensure high-quality and comprehensive care tailored to each patient’s needs.
Dermatology
Alyse Farrar is a physician assistant in our dermatology department, working as a member of Dr. Kelle Berggren’s care team. She received her undergraduate degree in movement science from the University of Michigan and earned her master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Midwestern University. Aldiana Zahirovic is a physician assistant in our dermatology department, working as a member of Dr. Kelle Berggren’s care team. Eric Torres is a physician assistant in our immediate care department. He received his undergraduate degree in biomedical science from Quinnipiac University and earned his master’s degree in medical science from Northwestern University. Pediatrics
Erin Niemants is a nurse practitioner in our pediatrics department, working as a member of Dr. Marie Philobos’ care team. She received her undergraduate degree in nursing from Loyola University and earned her doctorate degree in nursing from Rush University. Erin sees pediatric patients at 1801 S.
