Paul Dumas Named Chief Human Resources Officer of Duly Health and Care

DOWN­ERS GROVE, IL — Duly Health and Care, the largest inde­pen­dent, mul­ti-spe­­­cial­­­ty physi­­­cian-direc­t­ed med­ical group in the nation, today announced the appoint­ment of Paul Dumas as its Chief Human Resources Officer. 

Paul is a sea­soned HR leader with more than 25 years of expe­ri­ence. Most recent­ly, Paul served as the Chief Human Resources Offi­cer at Cision where he reimag­ined the HR mod­el and func­tion and orches­trat­ed a cul­ture trans­for­ma­tion as the com­pa­ny tran­si­tioned from a pub­lic to pri­vate enti­ty. Pre­vi­ous­ly, he held sim­i­lar HR lead­er­ship roles at Fis­erv, US Anes­the­sia Part­ners and VWR Inter­na­tion­al; he has expe­ri­ence in oper­a­tions and oth­er roles to help dri­ve busi­ness growth.
