Six New Physicians Join DuPage Medical Group Across Five Departments

Car­di­ol­o­gy:

  • Dr. David Yang earned his med­ical degree from the Uni­ver­si­ty of Illi­nois at Chica­go, Col­lege of Med­i­cine, com­plet­ed his res­i­den­cy in inter­nal med­i­cine at Brigham and Women’s Hos­pi­tal | Har­vard Med­ical School and com­plet­ed his fel­low­ship train­ing in inter­ven­tion­al car­di­ol­o­gy and car­dio­vas­cu­lar dis­eases at New York Pres­by­ter­ian-Hos­pi­tal / Weill Cor­nell Med­ical Cen­ter. Imme­di­ate Care:

  • Dr. Efrem McAdoo is board-cer­ti­fied in emer­gency med­i­cine and earned his med­ical degree from Wright State Uni­ver­si­ty Med­ical School. He com­plet­ed his res­i­den­cy at Emory Uni­ver­si­ty Hos­pi­tal and Uni­ver­si­ty of Illi­nois at Chica­go Hos­pi­tal.   • Dr. Alek­san­dra Ork­iszews­ka is board-cer­ti­fied in fam­i­ly med­i­cine. She earned her med­ical degree from Poz­nan Uni­ver­si­ty of Med­ical Sci­ences in Poland and com­plet­ed her res­i­den­cy in fam­i­ly med­i­cine at AMI­TA Health Saints Mary and Eliz­a­beth Med­ical Cen­ter.   • Dr. Mil­ton Legrand is board-cer­ti­fied in inter­nal med­i­cine. He earned his med­ical degree from Louisiana State Uni­ver­si­ty School of Med­i­cine and com­plet­ed his res­i­den­cy in inter­nal med­i­cine at Alton Ochsner Med­ical Foun­da­tion Hos­pi­tal.   • Dr. Kim­ber­ly Mer­cu­rio earned her med­ical degree from Tulane Uni­ver­si­ty School of Med­i­cine and com­plet­ed her res­i­den­cy in phys­i­cal med­i­cine & reha­bil­i­ta­tion from the Schwab Reha­bil­i­ta­tion Hos­pi­tal at the Uni­ver­si­ty of Chica­go. Dr. Mer­cu­rio sees ado­les­cent and adult patients at 1801 S. High­land Avenue, Suite 220 in Lom­bard and 303 West Ogden Avenue in West­mont.
