Tami Reller Named Chief Executive Officer of Duly Health and Care

DOWN­ERS GROVE, IL — Duly Health and Care, one of the largest inde­pen­dent, mul­ti-spe­­­cial­­­ty physi­­­cian-direc­t­ed med­ical groups in the nation, today announced the appoint­ment of Tami Reller as its Chief Exec­u­tive Offi­cer and Co-Chair­man, effec­tive Sep­tem­ber 16^th. Reller will report to the Board of Direc­tors and work in close part­ner­ship with Paul Mer­rick, MD, the Chief Physi­cian Exec­u­tive and Co-Chair­­man of Duly Health and Care.

Ms. Reller is a well-estab­lished exec­u­tive with more than 20 years of lead­er­ship expe­ri­ence in finance, tech­nol­o­gy, growth, oper­a­tions, mar­ket­ing and con­sumer expe­ri­ence. Her advance­ment comes after serv­ing as Duly Health and Care’s Pres­i­dent since May 2021. Pri­or to join­ing Duly Health and Care, Tami served as the Chief Mar­ket­ing, Dig­i­tal and Expe­ri­ence Offi­cer at Unit­ed­Health­care, a role she held since Octo­ber 2017. Pri­or to this role, she held sev­er­al lead­er­ship posi­tions with­in Optum, includ­ing as CFO, and in mar­ket­ing and growth, and before Optum, had a suc­cess­ful 13-year career at Microsoft in sig­nif­i­cant oper­at­ing roles. Ms. Reller also serves on the boards of two pub­licly trad­ed tech­nol­o­gy com­pa­nies, SPS Com­merce and Avalara.
