The DuPage Medical Group Charitable Fund’s 10th Annual Golf Outing Raises More Than $296,000

DOWN­ERS GROVE, Ill. — One hun­dred and twen­ty golfers teed off to help the DuPage Med­ical Group (DMG) Char­i­ta­ble Fund, a char­i­ta­ble orga­ni­za­tion cre­at­ed by DMG, raise more than $296,000 at its 10th Annu­al Golf Out­ing on Sep­tem­ber 4 at Rich Har­vest Farms.

Funds raised through spon­sor­ships, dona­tions and a silent auc­tion will sup­port var­i­ous non-prof­it orga­ni­za­tions in the com­mu­ni­ties DMG serves that work to pro­vide access to food, afford­able hous­ing and healthcare/​wellness ser­vices for those in need.

“We great­ly appre­ci­ate the gen­eros­i­ty of those who sup­port­ed and/​or attend­ed this year’s golf out­ing,” said DMG Char­i­ta­ble Fund Advi­so­ry Board Chair Dr. Amy Sto­ef­fler. ​“The funds raised will allow the DMG Char­i­ta­ble Fund to direct­ly impact the lives of those in need — right here in the com­mu­ni­ties we serve.”

The DMG Char­i­ta­ble Fund sup­ports more than 65 Chicagoland non-prof­it orga­ni­za­tions through grants, vol­un­teer ser­vice from DMG physi­cians, care providers and staff as well as in-kind dona­tions such as food, toys, cloth­ing and more.
