I have not had a bad experience with my Duly doctor appointments until today. The medical tech was great. After she left the room 20 minutes passed before I opened the door and asked a nurse at the nurses station if I had been forgotten. She said no and that the nurse practitioner was either in a meeting or on the phone and that she would let her know I was waiting. My appointment time was at 11:20 and it was now after 11:40; why was the nurse practitioner in a meeting or on the phone when she had a patient that was already waiting for 20 minutes? There may have been a reason out of her control but someone should have come in and let me know there was a delay. This is unacceptable.patient care.
This is as the first time I have seen Dr.Anna Wright. I was put at ease after seeing her, she explained to me the plan of care for my situation which was comforting.
My overall experience was great. The Girls at the front desk were very nice. I was roomed right away and the medical assistant Jeidi was very thorough, I had no wait time. This was my first time seeing Anna Wright NP. She was amazing. Very kind, helpful and a lot of knowledge and addressed every issue I had. I am extremely happy with my visit. I am def recommending her.
Dr Wright is always kind and professional. She recommends specialty doctors when issues are beyond her knowledge. I appreciate her follow up and concern for my health.
