I also am ded­i­cat­ed to man­ag­ing chron­ic dis­eases and try to empow­er patients to take con­trol of their dis­ease process. It’s def­i­nite­ly a part­ner­ship between patient and physician.

"In general I don't think doctors should be writing findings and assessments at the same time they are talking/treating patients. Doctors should be focusing solely on their patient, nothing else. You only allow them 15 minutes per patient. Having someone with them to write the stuff for them or time after appointments"
