Very good
Dr, Boggaram was helpful, kind and very informative about my health problems. I will be very glad to see her again.
This doctor completely dismissed mentions of abnormalities expressed in the radiology report. Next, dismissed my concerns about the reason I was there and the peripheral symptoms that directly correlate to the radiology findings. Ignored the fact that I have already gone to another doctor for something suggested in the radiology report and tested negative, that was the reason why I was there. Suggested I go back to my PCP for cranial pressure concerns. Took a call for another patient for 8 minutes mid appointment. Said "we see 4 or 5 of these per week" indicating the importance of my concern did not stack up against others. Compared me to other patients to downplay my personal concerns to irrelevance. I would never ever send anyone to see this doctor. She was condescending, dismissive and rude. No neurologist should ever act like that, especially with someone losing vision.
She was rude, disrespectful, dismissive, and unhelpful. I would never see her again and would advise others to avoid seeing her as well.
Very discourteous and unprofessional.
