I would like to say that the nurse practitioner I saw was very nice however I was not supposed to see her, I was supposed to see Dr Fuentes. I arrived 5 minutes late for my appointment and stood at the receptionist counter while the one receptionist worked with a couple on scheduling appointments. No one came to the counter to assist with checking people in. We just waited. When I got to the counter to check in, I was told by the receptionist that she was going to have to speak with the doctor since I was 10 minutes late for my appointment. I nicely responded that I was 5 minutes late and that I patiently waited for her to help the people with their scheduling issues. She asked me to step aside as she got up to speak with the doctor. 15 minutes went by and she came back and said the doctor would not see me but that the nurse practitioner would. I was not called in until 3:20. I will not be seeing Dr Fuentes again and will not recommend anyone to. I have been a patient of Duly's since it started and have never had an experience like this. Very disappointed.
