I believe in practicing family medicine and treating all my patients with dignity, respect and compassion. I consider myself laid back and transparent with my patients, and I believe this translates into better physician-and-patient relationship. Taking a personal approach with every patient is also a key component in my practice.

Due to busy work schedule telehealth is more convenient for me. System super easy to navigate and same experience as going into office.
I felt very listened to by Dr. Gutierrez. At no point did he ever dismiss anything I described to him and he shared a very comprehensive next steps for me. He answered all my questions, including questions I sent via chat after the appointment.

In general I liked the doctor's attention, the only thing I would have to mention is that I felt that there was a rush and in the end I did not know I understood that the doctor was going to refer me to a specialist to evaluate fibromyalgia autoimmune diseases, but after reviewing my exams the doctor says that he sees everything well. And so I got confused. I also had to write for the recipe because they didn't send it to me. I think there was a hurry and the doctor didn't understand me well.
