Family medicine offers a unique opportunity to care for a whole person across all stages of life. I have particular interest in preventive care, chronic disease management, lifestyle medicine, pediatrics and womens health.

Personal Interests

Outside of the clinic, I enjoy spending quality time with my family - It keeps me grounded and reminds me why wellness matters at every stage of life. I love going for walks, cooking meals that bring people together and recharging through music and dance. These moments of joy and balance inspire the way i care for my patients: with attentiveness, energy and heart.

Office assistants were very helpful. NP Was very friendly while taking my blood pressure and getting information of why I was there. Doctor explained everything and answered any questions I had. So happy that I made this my PCP
