I strive to provide individualized physical therapy interventions to achieve patient goals according to their values and expectations. Drawing on an eclectic 35 years of clinical experience, along with current best evidence, therapy sessions are tailored to reduce pain and maximize physical function. I have recently added certifications in dry needling and manual therapy to my practice. Both have had great impact on decreasing pain and improving muscle performance. My treatment goal is to have impact with each and every session and to provide education in self management strategies to optimize therapy gains and prevent recurrence.
