Dr Sutherland took the time to introduce himself and give a little regarding his professional background. I felt very at ease opening up to him. Made me very heard and comfortable regarding my health concerns. After leaving my visit I felt as if I was being understood for my health concerns. I think I made the best decision in changing my pcp.
