I am passionate about helping you find the silver lining in life. I work with your issues in a safe, supportive and non-judgmental way using a person-centered approach, and techniques from both CBT and DBT to give you the coping skills to manage the stressors in life. We will move at your pace so that you can find healing and peace.

Clinical Interests

I love to work with people who are seeking to heal. Depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions are just an example of what I work with.

Personal Interests

I enjoy spending quality time with friends and family, enjoying nature, and reflecting and growing.
