As a physician, one of the things I value the most is getting to know my patients on a more personal level, not just what's in their medical chart. I believe medicine is most effective when it is built on communication and trust. I want my patients to feel comfortable asking questions, discussing their concerns openly, and being an active partner in decisions about their health.
