Karen was the nurse in the office. She was very attentive and friendly. Tim Moeller appeared very knowledgeable. Asked pertinent questions. Reiterated my care plan once home. And referred me to my chart for diagnostic results. His demeanor was businesslike and he was very thorough. I had confidence in both care providers.
