I arrived early and was seen early. Dr Tim Mueller was exceptional in his explanations and thorough examination.
I was rushed in and out in a careless hurry. Dr. Moeller never even introduced himself to me; I was a new patient to him and I didn't know if he was the nurse or the doctor or who he was, he didn't look at me, he only looked at his computer. He had little concern for my concern once it was determined benign -- it's still ugly! -- he offered no further options, cosmetic or medical or otherwise, only told me "people are full of these things" and "you'll get more" and "let me get you some literature about common growths"
Was actually in and before my appt was to start! Quick and easy
2nd time at this clinic in 5 years. The staff is great, the doctors however, not so great. I chose a different doctor for this latest visit, but both project annoyance at my concerns. This latest visit was worse then the first.
