You can sched­ule your vis­it by book­ing an appoint­ment in advance or sim­ply walk­ing in dur­ing our oper­at­ing hours. Make check-in easy by bring­ing your dri­ver’s license or ID, health insur­ance infor­ma­tion, list of cur­rent pre­scrip­tions, and form of pay­ment. We accept most insur­ance providers and can pro­vide upfront pric­ing for those pay­ing directly.

All stu­dent-ath­letes need year­ly phys­i­cals to play school sports. Start­ing August 4, our Schaum­burg Imme­di­ate Care Cen­ter will offer con­ve­nient sports phys­i­cals for just $75. Our board-cer­ti­fied physi­cians will com­plete your ath­lete’s required eval­u­a­tion quick­ly and thoroughly. 

We’re open 7 days a week for appoint­ments or walk-ins. And, if we find any con­cerns, we have on-site lab work, imag­ing, and spe­cial­ists avail­able to address them right away.
