Oral Immunotherapy

Oral immunotherapy involves training your body to no longer have allergic reactions after minimal exposure to an allergen. To achieve this, your medical provider will monitor you while you eat a small amount of a food allergen such as peanut butter. Overtime, the goal is to increase the amount of allergen you consume without having an allergic reaction.
