We are pleased to share that Duly Health and Care and Aetna have worked together to successfully reach a new agreement to continue in-network care for Aetna's commercial and Medicare Advantage plans in all states. Our partnership will continue for the next three years, which means patients enrolled in Aetna plans can continue to see their Duly providers and visit our facilities without interruption. 

If you previously received a letter about a possible November 2025 end date, please know that those notices are no longer in effect. Your coverage at Duly continues as usual for the next three years.
