Aetna Coverage Updates: Patients enrolled in Aetna plans can continue to see their Duly provider through 11/13/2025, with no interruptions.

At Duly Health and Care, our top priority is you. We want to ensure that you have access to high-quality, affordable care, provided by the physicians you know and love, directly in your community.

Some patients enrolled in Aetna plans may have received letters stating their Duly provider will no longer be in network as of November 13, 2025. We are currently in active negotiations with Aetna to renew our commercial and Medicare Advantage coverage. Our goal through these negotiations is to reach a fair agreement and maintain coverage for our patients enrolled in Aetna plans beyond November 13, 2025. 

There are no changes in care today. Patients enrolled in Aetna plans can continue to see their Duly provider through November 13, 2025, with no interruptions.

As we move closer to November 2025, we'll make sure patients enrolled in Aetna plans have the latest information about their coverage and care options.

We want to assure you that negotiations between care providers like Duly and carriers like Aetna are a regular part of the contract process, and we are working hard to remain in-network.
