Dr. Han was wonderful! I'm so glad I was able to find a new pediatrician for my daughter. Most importantly my daughter felt comfortable with Dr Han All our questions and concerns were addressed throughly.
Dr Han is great! Very thorough and very kind. Makes my 13 yr old feel very comfortable.
Very disappointing visit. I had a 2:00 PM appointment with Alice and arrived 20 minutes early with my baby. We were taken to the exam room at 2:00 but ended up waiting until around 2:30 to actually see her. The room was very warm and the door stayed open the entire time, making it uncomfortable for my baby.When the doctor finally came in, the visit felt rushed and many routine well-baby questions were not covered. Unfortunately, later that evening my baby developed a fever and significant eye discharge, and I also developed redness and swelling in my eye. As of Sunday evening my baby is still having recurring fever and eye discharge. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
The doctor was fantastic and did not rush us to get out! She did a very thorough exam.
Alice Han did an excellent job to care for my daughter, she is patient, attentive, and knowledgeable. She is a good doctor.
