"Although I don't see Dr Pentony often, when I do, she makes me feel like she remembers me (like doctors used to know their patients). I know it's because she always prepares by going through my medical history before she enters the room. She always totally listens to my concerns and never makes me feel rushed. If I fail to bring up some issue I previously told her about, she asks me how "x" is now. I have total confidence in Dr Pentony and I am so glad that she's my doctor. "
