Always a great experience here!
He has been caring for my four kids for over a decade, and I truly can't imagine anyone better. Dr. Russell is kind, personable, and genuinely takes his time with each child. We never feel rushed during appointments. He always asks my kids about school, their moods, and their interests - even what they want to be when they grow up. He connects with them on such a personal level and gives them thoughtful life advice along the way.He's simply amazing! I'm always singing his praises (which probably explains why it's so hard to get an appointment with him!). But I could never gatekeep such a wonderful provider - good medical professionals like him are so rare these days.I honestly hope he doesn't retire until my youngest, who's only six, becomes an adult. That's how much we love and trust him!
