Always a pleasant experience in Dr Russell's office

Dr. Joseph Russell is always so kind and caring-I truly feel seen and heard every time we visit. Even though appointments are about 20 minutes, they never feel rushed; he takes the time to listen while still somehow always starting and ending right on time. Any time my four-year-old is nervous, he somehow finds the perfect words to explain things in a way that calms him and helps him feel comfortable participating. We truly appreciate the thoughtful care he gives our family.
Always look forward to appts with Dr Russell. He treats us with kindness, respect and like human beings. He takes the time to listen and gets to know my family (parents and children). He genuinely cares about his patients.
