"All three of my children see Dr. Russell and I have been very happy with our care. I truly feel seen and heard in his office by him and his staff, not just another name on a chart. He always takes the time at the end of our visit to reassure me that my children are in good hands and I'm doing a good job, which means more than he knows. Any concerns or treatments have always been explained calmly and included me before decisions are made. Truly the best pediatrician we've encountered, and my children love him as well."

The best part about this office is we're never rushed and listened to for every concern we have for our children from the nurse to the Dr . The only thing I wish was available was a direct connect to his nurses if we have a question not just a random nurse who didn't see our children. But over all even those nurses are of good help so this isn't too much of a complaint. Thank you Russell and staff for all your help when we need it ."
